A holiday to remember

I went to Madrid in October 2010. I went by aeroplane, that was my first flight, but i wasn't scared.

I went with my mother, mi best friend Luis and Luis' mother, because I won a prize. I stayed in a hotel for two days. The hotel was nice, very big and beautiful.

In the morning I went to a school called "San Viator" to take the prize. I ate in the school.

In the evening I went to the wax museum, It was GREAT. I went sightseeing ("La puerta de Alcalá", "La plaza Cibeles"...) too. I went to a park called "Parque de los Retinos", It was very, very big.

In the night I went to a McDonald's restaurant and I ate an hamburguer and chips. The I went to a shopping centre and I bought a keyring for my sister and other keyring for my cousin.

The next day I went to have breakfast at a restaurant and then we went to the airport to return home.

That was my best holidays, because Madrid is very beautiful, I recomend it.

The London Eye

The London Eye become an iconic landmark and a symbol of mother Britain. 3.5 million people visit The London Eye a year. The creators of The London Eye are David Marks and Julia Barfreld. The wheel a metaphore for the end of the 20th century, and time turning into de new millenium. 

The London Eye was open to the public in March 2000 and won the award "The Best Attraction in Europe and UK's Attraction on the year". The London Eye represent the 32 boroughs of London. They were late to make The London Eye seven years. You can see from the toop 40 km. The London Eye can  carry as many passengers as 11 double decker buses.


The closest tube station is Waterloo. If you want flight un The London Eye you should arrive 30 minutes before.

My name is Victor, I am 15 years old. I live in Chipiona. I have a sister and her name is Lidia who is 13 years old. I love animals, I have a dog called Mara, a turtle and a bird. My dog is very friendly and It has 4 years old. It loves eating and sleeping. I usually play with my dog four times a week.
